Dr. Sabah earned his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Altinbaş University, Turkey, in 2022. His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Al-Mustansiriya University in 1995, followed by a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Baghdad in 2018.
